• A Pre-Listing Package will be couriered out to your home a few days before we meet, which will outline the entire Home Selling Process.  (Professional 32 Page Package)

  • Detailed Comparative Market Analysis.  You will be given a package showing all comparable homes in the neighbourhood, which will detail what price they are/were listed for, what price they were sold for, what differences in upgrades your home has compared to the others (including associated adjustments in the price that need to be made), how many days comparable homes have been on the market, and a final suggested selling price will be made.

  • Review the Listing Agreement.  We will outline REALTOR ® responsibilities to their client, and all legal concepts of the selling process.

  • A comprehensive Marketing Strategy will be discussed, and implemented.

  • All real estate matters discussed will remain CONFIDENTIAL.

  • We will walk through your home and highlight your homes Features and Upgrades.  All Features and Upgrades will be itemized on a professionally produced brochure that will be available to all prospective buyers who view your home.

  • A `Sellers Net Sheet` will be filled out in order to determine how much equity you will be taking out of the home on the future sale.
